Transforming Bridezilla

Welcome!

We are Mindfully Ever After, and we are thrilled to announce our first workshop for mindful brides in the Denver/Boulder market! Our workshop, cheekily named Transforming Bridezilla, is a one and a half day, 6-10 personal, experiential learning space for brides to address the often overlooked aspects of wellness, wholeness and compassion in their wedding-planning. Jaq Poussot, an experienced facilitator and SIYLI Engage Alumni, seamlessly guides brides through meaningful inquiry and at the individual and collective level. The result is a cohesive group experience that lends itself to soulful healing and lasting communal support; leaving brides grounded, present and ready for joy.

We host our workshop in an environment that feels as equally as luxe as it does thoughtful, so that our brides have the ease of diving into themselves, addressing their concerns openly, and building upon the skills that will best equip them to navigate the process of planning, saying “I do”, and committing to a life of compassion, mindfulness and well-managed stress. Transforming Bridezilla is a beautifully multi-faceted compass  that lets brides shine in relationships—with family, with friends, and with those in the industry who play such a pivotal role in the journey down the aisle.
